Each player may hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening duplicate, secondary, or otherwise multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. fun888 conducts Know Your Customer verification in accordance with its internal compliance procedures. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed:
Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal holds and, ultimately, Account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. fun888 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. You must notify fun888 support immediately if you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised.
All transactions and bets placed from your Account are your responsibility. fun888 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security of your credentials.
An Account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. fun888 reserves the right to charge a monthly administration fee of ৳100 against the balance of an inactive Account. Where the balance reaches zero, the Account may be closed. You may reactivate your Account at any time by logging in and completing any required reverification.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the support team. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to your designated payment method following completion of any pending KYC verification. Bonus Funds not yet converted to real money are forfeited upon closure.

All Account balances, deposits, bonuses, wagers, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). fun888 does not currently support multi-currency Accounts.
Important: Deposits made for the purpose of money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful activity will be reported to the relevant authorities, and the associated Account will be immediately suspended pending investigation. All balances on such Accounts are subject to forfeiture.
fun888 offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and tournament prize pools. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for the matter to which they relate.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the relevant promotion. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus, after which unused Bonus Funds will expire and be removed from your Account.
The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in the cancellation of all associated Bonus Funds and may result in Account suspension:

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or software fault that results in an incorrect odds display, erroneous game result, or inaccurate balance crediting, fun888 reserves the right to void the affected transactions and restore Account balances to their correct pre-error state. fun888 is not liable for any losses arising from reliance on an erroneous display.
All cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are governed by the specific cricket betting rules published in the Sports section of the Platform. In-play markets are subject to suspended trading during delays, interruptions, or technical issues. fun888 reserves the right to void in-play bets placed during a period of erroneous odds.
Live casino games are operated by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. In the event of a dispute regarding a live game outcome, the studio's recorded game data constitutes the definitive record. fun888 will liaise with the relevant studio to resolve disputes on behalf of players where possible.
If you experience a disconnection during an active game round, the round will be completed according to the game's internal rules. For most casino games, the round result is determined at the point of disconnection and will be reflected in your balance upon reconnection. fun888 accepts no liability for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on your side.
